During our Big Spring Clean of Happy Hill some of our reception children were busy this week planting outdoors.
They raked through the soil in search of weeds. They then added more soil to our beds near the mud kitchen and planted some herbs, creating their own sensory garden next to the mud kitchen.
The children watered all the plants previously planted, mixed flowers at the front of happy hill. They are real experts in looking after the world around us.
Our seeds were getting thirsty after all this sunshine we’re having. We can’t wait to watch our plants grow. Well done boys and girls!
