In 2025 Chinese New Year begins on January 29th, this marks the change from Year of the Dragon to Year of the Snake.
Our reception boys and girls have enjoyed celebrating Chinese New Year in many different ways. They made sweet and sour noodles, herbal tea and leafy mud dumplings in the mud kitchen.
They loved using chopsticks and creating some Chinese mud writing on red lanterns, working their fine motor skills.
They had a blast celebrating cultural and diversity in our outdoor space.
