Our Eco Team on the Junior Site were delighted to be able to harvest the salad vegetables they had planted earlier in Spring. They were super little gardeners and worked so well together, as they carefully harvested lettuces, radishes and beetroot! They then took on the role of chefs, preparing delicious wraps using the delicious ingredients they had grown! They prepared enough food for all the children on the Junior Site to have a little taste! The wraps disappeared very quickly! 😋 Well done to all the boys and girls in Years 1-4 for tickling their tastebuds sampling these delicious foods that were grown in our polytunnel on Happy Hill! 👏👏 🥬 A special word of thanks goes to our amazing Eoc-Team!
